Mark Van Osdol began his career working as an apprentice under the most respected craftsmen in our area. 28 years later Mark is still passionate about his life’s work, building showers, laying floors, and installing backsplashes. As Mark's company has grown over those years he has brought on board a few other talented and highly skilled installers to work on his team. The installers at Van Osdol Marble and Tile combine decades of experience, trade knowledge, and pride in their work. Mark Van Osdol was raised in Nokomis, FL right on Blackburn Bay. He started installing tile and marble during his college years. He really enjoyed the creative, technical, and physical aspects of the job. For Mark owning his own business was his ultimate goal. Continuing on in the tile and marble trade was the logical choice for Mark. Over the years, he has collected thousands of references, from homeowners, builders, general contractors, tile supply stores, and large trade corporations. Mark is best described as a family man, he and his wife, Liz started the company together in 1995.  Liz was involved in all aspects of the company until their two daughters were born in 2006 and 2007. Liz is a certified Interior Decorator and Realtor, but she still provides free design and tile selection assistance to all of their customers. In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, bike riding, reading, and helping his neighbors.
